Terms of Use

By installing or using the Cumulus browser extension and related services (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What Cumulus does

Cumulus helps you save files from the web into your own Google Drive. You are responsible for the files you choose to save and for ensuring you have the right to download and store them.

2. Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your device secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Acceptable use

• Don't use Cumulus to infringe copyright or other rights, or to save unlawful content.
• Don't attempt to bypass plan limits, abuse the Service, or disrupt its infrastructure.
• Don't resell or redistribute the Service without permission.

4. Free and Pro plans

The Free plan allows a limited number of saves per day. The Pro plan removes that limit and unlocks additional features for a recurring fee, billed through Dodo Payments. Plan limits and prices may change with notice.

5. Billing & cancellation

Pro is billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You can cancel anytime via the Dodo customer portal; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record for all transactions.

6. Third-party services

Cumulus relies on Google Drive, Google sign-in, Firebase, Neon, and Dodo Payments. Your use of those services is also governed by their respective terms. We're not responsible for outages or changes in third-party services.

7. Availability & limits

Some downloads cannot be rerouted to Drive due to how the web serves them (one-time links, login-gated exports, in-browser blobs). The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cumulus and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost files, lost data, or lost profits arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
